Parents and Students:On Tuesday March 17th, 2026 we will be giving the ACT to all Juniors at UCHS.  The ACT is mandatory for graduation.  We will also be giving the ASVAB to seniors, in the auditorium, the same day.  A 21 on the ACT or a 31 on the ASVAB designates a student as a TN Ready Grad.  All TN Ready Grads will have a special cord to wear with their cap and gown during graduation.  
9th and 10th grade students will NOT come to school on the March 17th.  They are asked to either do community service or job shadow.  No one is allowed to job shadow at any Union County Public School.  Please be lining up these opportunities now.  There will be a form for students to fill out documenting their experience.
